The layout of a personal grid determines its effective frequency and the level of energy it provides. My personal experience suggests that a mismatch between the grid’s layout and your personal energy can negate the effects of crystals and the intent you set. As someone with a science/engineering background, I find Sacred Geometry, with its mathematical foundation, to be a better match for my personal energies and the energies I send, compared to the organic Flower of Life. Over time, without realizing it, I’ve gravitated towards Metatron’s Cube and Fano Planes, which are my preferred choices. However, it’s important to note that these may not resonate with everyone.

While math isn’t a strict requirement for Sacred Geometry, it’s essential to appreciate the form and the energy flow emanating from the center of the shape outward. I highly recommend exploring images of various shapes and forms to identify what resonates with you. When you encounter something that strikes a chord, feels beautiful, or brings you joy, it’s likely your grid.

On the other hand, if you’d like me to select a shape, I’ll do so after we discuss the purpose of the grid and gain a better understanding of your preferences. I recommend this approach because I have to deal with the sheer number of grid layouts and crystal arrangements available. To cope with this paradox of choice, I’ve adopted Edina Monsoon’s philosophy: “I don’t want more choices; I just want nicer things!” This approach helps me avoid getting bogged down in excessive decision-making and instead focus on the healing process.

If you have cardiovascular, muscular-skeletal, or pulmonary issues (including allergies), you’ll likely find one of the solutions I’ve devised for myself effective, as I’ve personally experienced their efficacy. Just as I wouldn’t create a new type of wrench to address a bolt, there’s little benefit in designing a new grid layout for every sore knee that presents itself. That doesn’t mean I never change the grids I operate. I regularly review their design and ensure that their energy signatures still align with what I transmit to others.

My current design uses a separate grid for major body systems. They are base on Metatron's Cube, which forms an excellent foundation for the Focus, Way, and Desire stones.

Each separate grid is surrounded by Selenite and Black Tourmaline. Once charged and programmed, Selenite ensures the grid’s continuous operation between Full Moon cleansings and recharges. Black Tourmaline absorbs electromagnetic energy from WiFi, cellular, and other technologies we are constantly exposed to, purifies it, and regulates it. Additionally, it serves as the grounding circuit for the grids, returning any excess energy to Earth.
